Sauce ready to use, to be used alone or diluted in broth or cream. Do not over heat the product to prevent the aroma of the truffle from being lost.

Ingredients:
Cultivated mushrooms (Agaricus Bisporus) 66%, olive oil 23.5%, summer truffles (Tuber Aestivum vitt.) 5%, black olives 4%, salt 1%, aroma 0.5%

Conservation:
Once opened, cover with a little olive oil. Can be stored for 10 days in the fridge.
